  For the most part I have never had a problem at this motor vehicle office. However today when I went, December 26th my wife and I both had to renew our drivers licenses at the same time. Both were normal New Jersey State regular drivers licenses, no CDL or anything special She was given a number and I was given a letter she was done within 25 minutes. I was there an hour and a half as they were not calling letters, they were only calling numbers. I did go up and ask about this and a woman very rudely told me they're backed up. I said I understand and I tried to ask her politely why would I get a letter and my wife get a number when we were here for the same thing. I asked again asked why they were only calling the letters one every 20 to 30 minutes and calling the numbers every 5 all she said was there backed up I have other people to get too.
