  I got a haircut today and it was a very disappointing experience. It felt like I went to a barbershop instead of a salon. the lady only used the machine, and did a poor job delivering. She didn’t listen to my instructions, instead she would interrupt me or literally tell me that she couldn’t do what I was asking. Now, I understand that everyone’s hair is different but I asked for a simple cut, nothing fancy. In addition, In the past I got nice haircuts from other employees but the lady (Nicole) that helped me today did a horrible job. So, if you are a guy I wouldn’t recommend you to go to this place.
