  Kevin came to the house. AC/heater unit was installed in April 2016. Six weeks later they had to return because York had a modification. There was no cold air coming out of unit. Should have not been installed without the modification. Now Oct 2017 turned heater on. No heat. The unit needed another modification, but the warrenty ran out. Called Advanced. They wanted $70 to come out to look at the unit plus labor. We kept our PSE&G contract. Repairs were free. They replaced the bad blower and did the modification that York had told everyone about to stop condensation from rusting out the motor. We called to discuss with Kevin, why he would not repair the design flaw in the system from York. He would not return our numerous calls.
