  I plan on reporting the Management property for violation of CODE OF ETHICS. This company discriminates and is dishonest. When I spoke with Mary anne on the phone, the apartment was available. I asked the financial requirements and explained it was for 3 students and an adult. I was told FREE STUDENT APPLICATION PROGRAM AND THE ONE CO SIGNER WAS FINE. When the students who are AFRICAN AMERICAN on the Rowan basket ball team arrived to look at the apartment the entire process which was told to us on the phone changed. This Julie lady now said the adult had to pay an application fee and that each tenant needed a cosigner WHEN THE ADULT MAKES OVER 70K YEAR!!! THE APARTMENT IS $960 A MONTH! Being split four ways! The model they show looks NOTHING like the real apartments that are usually available, yet another BAIT AND SWITCH! AND MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL KINDS OF EXTRA DOCUMENTS..SOCIAL SECURITY CARD..ARE WE APPLYING FOR A JOB NOW..STAY FAR FROM THIS PROPERTY WASTED A WEEK OF OUR TIME AND THE KIDS START SCHOOL NEXT WEEK..EVIL!
