  I have been a lifelong worry wart. I have always considered myself a type-A nut, just waiting for a reason to freak out. I started to worry I was actually going crazy with how constantly stressed I would make myself. I knew something needed to change. In just 5 sessions, I'd consider myself cured of the constant irrational worry and anxiety I've suffered with for over 10 years. I've been to traditional therapy, and found it to be helpful only in the short-term. Hypnosis has truly guided my subconscious mind into creating the happy, confident, and worry-free woman I've dreamt of being.. even when presented with situations that previously would have sent me into a tailspin. Hypnosis has allowed me the freedom to experience life with a completely new outlook. Life is supposed to be happy!!! James has truly good intentions for you and makes sure you are comfortable. He has a funny sense of humor, and a great heart! Truly a good person who wants you to succeed. Thank you James for all you've helped me achieve!!! If you are debating if this is right for you, approach with an open mind and choose to invest in yourself, it is worth it!!! (PS: this is not magic, if you are close minded or don't believe you can help yourself, nothing will work for you. James can't help you if you don't want to help yourself! But for those who are open-minded and receptive, this is borderline miracle work. Your mind is powerful beyond what you can imagine, have an open heart & mind!)
