  Slowest Dunkin anywhere!!! Waiting consistently over 5 minutes through their drive thru. It's no where near as busy as many other locations.
  Coffee is never made to your order. I come here everyday and the one time I complained they acted like it was normal and took a whole 10 percent off my order. It's not about the money. People come there as a quick place to get coffee before work. If I wanted to wait this long, I'd go to Starbucks.! Staff is way to slow and no sense of urgency. They wait until the car at the window has left before they take next persons order.

  Was having probably the worst day of my life, had an embarrassing breakdown while ordering. The staff there was comforting, made sure I was alright, & made me feel better than how I was when I walked in there. I appreciate their kindness & hospitality.
