  Sent my car in for electrical work. Received the car back with my speakers physically damaged along with parts of the radio and all of my speakers removed. The shop lied and claimed I approved the removal of the components and said I agreed they wouldnt be put back which is ridiculous. The amount it would cost to have all of the damage they did fixed is more than what I initially sent my car in to be fixed for. They also tried to hide the fact that my dash kit was destroyed while in their shop until I went in and confronted them about it at which point they said we didn't yelt you because we couldn't find one in stock to replace it with. 1 star is too many.
  Edit: the owner reply is a boldfaced lie the service writer actually told me to my face that their staff was responsible for the dash kit breaking and then recinded the offer to replace it after asking for compensation for the other broken parts and asking them to rerun the wires throughout the car that were needlessly removed. There simply was no reason any of the speakers had to be removed from the brackets or that they had to removed the wires entirely instead of simply disconnecting them during testing. the notion that the radio shorted and fried everywire to my bcm instead of just blowing a tiny 10 amp fuse is ludicrous. The true source of the electrical issue was the water in the quarter panel that shorted the wires to the bcm not faulty stereo equipment. The shop found the water after me telling them it wasn't the sound system but instead of admitting they were wrong and redoing the audio system that was installed when I dropped the car off they told me the water was unrelated. This was just laziness on the staffs shop and poor investigating on the owners part
