  The business model of this restaurant is one of the worst I've ever experienced. We love to eat here so I called to make a Valentine's Day reservation. After calling 1 evening and speaking to an older woman manager, she told me that I would have to call back the next day to speak to a server to make a reservation because everyone was currently with large parties. I could not understand why this woman simply couldn't take a reservation for me seeing as how I'm calling 7 weeks in advance. A few days later I called back during the day and again asked to make a Valentine's Day reservation. I was told that the restaurant does not take ANY reservations at all and it's a first-come-first-serve basis. So I asked her what people are supposed to do wait an hour or two to eat on one of the busiest days of the year? Especially during the week? She basically had no response stating that it moves pretty quickly which I know as a former server on Valentine's Day people want to sit and enjoy themselves, they do not eat and rush out. I have never ever heard of a restaurant not taking reservations and this really makes me question the management of this establishment. I will be taking my party of six and going to another local Italian Eatery that WILL take my reservations!!
