  Buyer beware, they are no different than any other dealership! Nice as pie to get your money, and after that, they are done with you! I gave them one star only because I couldn’t give them anything less. I purchased a used Jeep and the salesman was more interested in getting a smoke than showing me the vehicle. (Well, it was raining) I felt like I was playing a game of I Spy, find all the mistakes. I feel, that if it says what the car has in it on the sticker, than it should be in the vehicle and working. My purchase came with only one key. I asked the Used Car Manager Jason for a second key and was told no and someone else suggested I go to the Berlin market. I spent a few thousand dollars and you would think, at least 2 keys. I also sent texts to the number that reached out to me prior to the sale. I asked if there was any way to get some help and I’m still waiting for a response.
  In closing, don’t treat them ANY differently than ANY other call dealer.
  Remember, check everything. every button, knob, switch and make sure it works. If it doesn’t work get it in writing that they OWE YOU. Good Luck!!!
